Capacity could be 200Tons of forged rawblank per day. We have strong 15 engineers on forging, all have the capability to usethe Pro-e, UG, Solidworks, Autocad, Deform etc on both die design and also theprocess analysis. Also we do have capability to do the heat treatment both fornormalizing and quenching and tempering in House.TestHave own lab on testing, all raw material or forged raw material mechanicalproperties could be tested, including chemical composition, tensile and yieldstrength, Charpy impact properties, Microstructure, Hardness etc. Also we haveprofilometer, projector, coordinate measuring machine etc to make sure all themachined parts and dies meets the dimensional requirements. And we have 5 skilledtest engineers to make sure all the system working well.
